bullet  Research Notes:

Likely that he died before 1871 as Dinah Baldock (nee Standen) remarried as a widow and suspect that he died before 1861 as cant find him on 1861 census although his wife, Dinah, claims she is married but she is living with her mother.

Also James Baldock christened 20 Feb 1814, Rye Sussex to a William Baldock and Ann. Perhaps he died young and then the 2nd James was born in 1819
Seems likely that it was James Baldock b. William & Ann as record also claims he married Dinah Standen on IGI 8
