Pursuant to the Act of Parliament, 22nd and 23rd Victoria,
chapter 35, intituled "An Act to further amend
the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees."
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other
persons having any claims or demands against
the estate of Sarah Southerton, late of the Cricketers'
Inn, Mitcham, in the county of Surrey, Widow, deceased
(who died on the 26th day of May, 1901, and intestate, of
whose estate letters of administration were, on the 2day of June, 1901, granted by the Principal Probate
Begistry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice to
Sydney James Southerton), are hereby required to send
the particulars, in writing, of their debts, claims, or
demands to us, the undersigned, as Solicitors to the said
administrator, on or before the 5th day of November,
1901, after which date the said administrator will proceed
to distribute the assets of the said Sarah Southerton,
deceased, among the persons entitled thereto, having
regard only to the debts, claims, and demands of which
he shall then Dave had notice; and that he will not be
liable for the assets of the said deceased, or any part
thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose
debts, claims, or demands he shall not then have had
notice.— Dated this 3rd day of October, 1901.
