The cause of her death was Acute Broncitis.5 Noted events in their marriage were: • Marriage Witness/es: James & Sarah Blackman, 14 Apr 1865, Wesleyan Chapel, Ashford, Kent, England. 10 Marriage Notes: On the marriage certificate it claims her father was a Richard Noakes, however her mother never married and there was no father on the birth certificate. Also there does not seem to be a Richard Noakes around at that time. Therefore I believe that the Richard Noakes was really Richard Pentecost who was a farmer and was who she was living with. 11 |
