Also there does not seem to be a Richard Noakes around at that time. Therefore I believe that the Richard Noakes was really Richard Pentecost who was a farmer and was who she was living with. 16 Ellen next married Edward Wilkinson, son of Edward Wilkinson and Mary Ann Wellsted Boorman, on 10 Dec 1870 in Wesleyan Chapel, Ashford, Kent, England.2 (Edward Wilkinson was born on 15 Aug 1844 in Kenardington, Kent, England 6 17, christened on 3 Nov 1844 in Kenardington, Kent, England 18 and died on 24 Dec 1923 in West Ashford House, Westwell, Kent, England 19 20.) The cause of his death was Septicemia. Noted events in their marriage were: • Marriage Witness/es: James Ward and Mary Ann Wilkinson (Edward's Mother?), 10 Dec 1870, Wesleyan Chapel, Ashford, Kent, England. 15 Marriage Notes: She was called Ellen Pentecost (widow).
